Data deletion

Your account and its data are yours — deleting them takes one minute and no questions asked.

Delete your account yourself

You need to be signed in for self-serve deletion. Sign in, then go to Settings → Delete account.

What gets removed

• Your account (email address and password hash).
• Your API tokens and their usage counters.
• Your verse reports and help messages.
• Your theme preference — that one lives only in your browser (localStorage); clear it via your browser's site settings if you want it gone.

What is kept, anonymized

Donation totals are kept for accounting, but the payer email is replaced with deleted+<id>@invalid — no longer linked to you. Aggregated visitor statistics (chapters/verses read per day) were never tied to your identity in the first place.

Facebook app users

If you interacted with our Facebook page or its posts: we never receive any Facebook data about you. The page posts a daily verse image; we don't run quizzes, collect comments, or use Facebook logins on this site. Anything Facebook itself holds about your activity there is governed by Facebook's own data deletion options.
